The senior .NET and AI team you'll never have to manage
The architect who scopes your project is the one who builds it, and stays long enough to know your system better than anyone.
- Microsoft and .NET since 2011
- US and India delivery
- 65+ systems delivered
Same people, same work. The difference is that there is no gap left over for you to manage across.
Senior architects design, build, and demo your system, every time, without exception. We only transition to user-level delivery after you have accepted the demo, and only with your awareness. If that sequence is ever reversed without your knowledge, you pay nothing for that engagement.
Two senior architects scope, design and build. You meet them, you keep them.
Software companies with a working .NET product and pressure to move faster
Your team already covers
- The product your customers depend on
- Support, fixes and the roadmap you already promised
Nobody is covering
- The AI features the board is asking for
- The platform versions you are behind on
Hiring closes the right-hand column in about six months. An agency closes it and hands you a second team to manage.
You have a product that works and customers who depend on it. The board wants AI features. The platform is a few versions behind. Your team is already full. Hiring takes six months, and the last agency you tried needed more managing than your own developers.
Three ways we work
Each one starts with the same architect who will build it, and a fixed-fee scope you keep whether or not you continue.
AI enablement of existing systems
Add AI to the product you already have. No rebuild.
Document extraction, classification, retrieval and assistants, built into your codebase rather than bolted alongside it. We start from what your product already does and add the capability the board is asking for.
.NET modernization
Move the platform without stopping feature work.
Legacy .NET that still runs the business but blocks every new feature. We modernize in stages you can ship, so the product keeps moving while the platform moves underneath it.
Embedded team
Senior engineers inside your team, not a vendor you manage.
Senior .NET engineers working in your repository, your stand-ups and your board. You get capacity without acquiring a second team to supervise, and the context stays with the same people between projects.
What you are actually worried about
These are the four objections we hear from every technology head evaluating an offshore team. Here is where we stand on each.
Seniors sell, juniors deliver
Financial penalty on usThe guarantee above is the answer, and it carries a financial penalty on us. The architect in your scoping call is the one writing the code, and you see a demo from that person before anyone else touches the work.
Our source code and IP
Your repo, your access controlWe work in your repository under your access control, your branch protection and your review process. Nothing is copied to our infrastructure. Contractual IP assignment and an NDA are in place before the first commit.
Ending up managing us
Reporting arrives unchasedWe work to your board and your cadence, and we tell you when something is off track before you have to ask. Multi-year clients keep us because the reporting arrives without being chased, not because we are cheap.
Trusting a vendor you have not heard of
Reference call on requestAsk for a reference call. We will connect you with a US client who has worked with us for years, and you can ask them anything, including what went wrong and how we handled it.
Three phases, and the sequence is the guarantee
The order matters more than the labels. Senior delivery comes first, and hand-off only happens after you have accepted a working demo.
Nothing crosses the cyan bar until you have accepted a working demo, and the senior line does not stop there.
Scope and architecture
A senior architect maps what you have and what you need, and writes the technical approach. Fixed fee, and the document is yours whether or not you continue with us.
Build to demo
The same architect builds the system and demonstrates it running on your data. No junior developer has touched it at this point, and you have seen it work before you accept it.
Delivery and support
Only after you accept the demo, and only with your knowledge, does the work move to user-level delivery. Senior oversight stays. Several systems we built are still supported by the people who wrote them.
