Since 2011, building .NET systems that are still in production
The architect who scopes your project is the one who builds it, and stays long enough to know your system better than anyone.
- Microsoft and .NET since 2011
- 100+ clients across India, the US, Japan and Australia
- Offices in Pune, Mumbai and Fremont, California
Two senior architects scope, design and build. You meet them, you keep them.
Most software firms are structured so that seniority sells and juniors deliver. We are structured the other way round. That sentence is a claim about the role, not about a person, and it is written that way on purpose: a promise that depends on one named individual stops being true the day that individual leaves.
22+ years leading delivery
PMP-certified, with Microsoft certifications. Custom software, CRM and ERP implementation.
12+ years on the Microsoft stack
Microsoft technologies, Azure and full-stack development, from architecture through to release.
Certified CRM and ERP practice
Product management and front-end delivery across CRM and ERP implementations.
Who fills those roles today
View All CertificatesNamed, with exact titles, so you can check us on LinkedIn before you book a call. The two architects come first because they are the evidence for the claim above.
Twenty-two years in IT delivery. He scopes the engagement, writes the technical approach and builds to demo, on custom software, CRM and ERP work. If you book a discovery call, this is who you are talking to.
A BE in Electronics and twelve years on the Microsoft stack. She takes systems from architecture through to release across Microsoft technologies, Azure and full-stack development, and stays on the ones she builds.
A Computer Science graduate with ten years running the business side. Administration, HR and finance, which is the part of an offshore engagement a client only notices when it goes wrong.
Certified in CRM and ERP, and a front-end developer by trade. She leads product management and front-end delivery across our CRM and ERP implementations.
Seven certificates across test automation, security testing and cloud fundamentals. She runs Selenium automation and vulnerability assessment on what we ship, which is the step that decides whether a release is actually finished.
Microsoft certified in Azure AI fundamentals. She builds on the delivery team and is the reason the AI-adjacent work has someone on it who has been through the certification, not just the demos.
The discovery call is thirty minutes with the architect who would build the system, not with a salesperson.
Three phases, and the sequence is the guarantee
The order matters more than the labels. Senior delivery comes first, and hand-off only happens after you have accepted a working demo.
Scope and architecture
A senior architect maps what you have and what you need, and writes the technical approach. Fixed fee, and the document is yours whether or not you continue with us.
Build to demo
The same architect builds the system and demonstrates it running on your data. No junior developer has touched it at this point, and you have seen it work before you accept it.
Delivery and support
Only after you accept the demo, and only with your knowledge, does the work move to user-level delivery. Senior oversight stays. Several systems we built are still supported by the people who wrote them.
What we commit to, and what it costs us if we break it
One sentence, three commitments. Every engagement, on every service lane.
Senior architects design, build, and demo your system, every time, without exception. We only transition to user-level delivery after you have accepted the demo, and only with your awareness. If that sequence is ever reversed without your knowledge, you pay nothing for that engagement.
Two senior architects scope, design and build. You meet them, you keep them.
Who does the work
A senior architect designs, builds and demos. Not a senior who scoped it and handed it on. The same person.
When it changes hands
Only after you have accepted a working demo, and only with your knowledge. Never quietly, and never to hit a margin.
What it costs us
If that sequence is reversed without your knowledge, you pay nothing for that engagement. The penalty is on us, not on you.
